Here, you're close to everything. Your mobile home is located between Saint Nazaire, La Baule and Nantes on the Guérande peninsula. The first beaches are 9 km from the campsite (10 minutes by car).
Just 1,900 m from the campsite, you come to the village of La Madeleine, where you'll find all the shops you need.
You can go walking, fishing, cycling or visit the salt marshes on the Guérande peninsula.
The region also offers festivities during the summer months.
Every year in June, you can attend the Guérande medieval festivals.

Depending on your budget and your wishes, our campsite offers new or second-hand mobile homes for sale on a pitch. The price of a new mobile home varies between €30,000 and €60,000, compared with €10,000 to €30,000 for a second-hand mobile home.
We sell recent, spacious 2- and 3-bedroom mobile homes, which can be visited on request. We also work with various builders and hauliers.
The mobile homes are sold fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and furniture, as well as terrace, TV connection, fire alarm, boiler check and fire extinguisher check.
Compared with buying a second home, a mobile home on a pitch will cost you a lot less and guarantees you comfortable accommodation in a preserved natural environment and secure.

The campsite plot
The plots are around 100m² on flat, grassy ground. The plots are often bordered by hedges or trees.
Some of you come for the weekend, others prefer to enjoy a longer stay in their leisure residence. You can accommodate up to 6 people named in your contract.
Your family - ascendants, descendants, brothers and sisters - may stay in your holiday home on the same basis as you. (6 people maximum on the pitch). Your friends may only use your holiday home in the presence of the owners.
You cannot use your holiday home as your principal residence, so you cannot live there all year round.
The annual rental charge is approximately €3,700 including VAT (plus water and electricity, tourist tax and household waste tax). Rental is payable in one instalment, half-yearly or quarterly.
